At Horse Cup, every mug is handcrafted and personalized with care. Because each order is made just for you, we appreciate your patience while we create something truly special.

Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Please allow approximately 7 business days for your mug to be handcrafted, personalized, quality checked, and carefully packaged before it ships.

During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is typically:

  • 6–12 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Horse Cup is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered production or shipped, we'll do our best to update it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
